Before you give up and create a new account, you can try to recover your hacked facebook account.

If you have problem understanding what the fields mean, here is explanation of them:
Full name on the account:
Provide the full name you had on the account.
Network(s) the account belongs to:
Provide the networks you were in on that account. Include all networks like your regional, school, work network.
Email addresses that may be affiliated with the account:
Provide the email address you used to have as username for the account.
Your contact email address:
Provide an email address where you can be contacted now. Facebook will contact you over this email address.
URL (web address link) of the profile page:
Provide the web address where you can view the profile.
Its in the format like: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=509948247
Description and steps to reproduce the issue:
Provide information on how the account got hacked. It can be recommended to include the time/date when you have been able to access the account for the last time.
Now submit the form.
After a few days you should hear back from a facebook personal. They might ask you more questions to verify the ownership of your account. And please have patience ;)
